Chillin' in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers plot recap, spoiler-light
The Magical Kingdom of Klyrode frequently summons heroes from other worlds to fight in a war against the Dark One and his demon army. During one such ritual originating in the Royal Capital Paluma, an average merchant named Banaza is mistakenly summoned. Deemed useless because of his abysmal stats and lack of magical abilities, and unable to find a way back home, a cruel king abandons him to a perilous forest.
Left to die, Banaza manages to slay a slime monster, which triggers a level up that grants him infinite stats and god-like abilities. Soon after, he encounters and befriends Fenrys, a female demon wolf who later becomes his wife. Seeking to avoid the ongoing conflict entirely, Banaza takes on a new human appearance and adopts the name Flio. However, as he settles into this new life, he naturally connects with numerous individuals from both human and demon backgrounds, setting the stage for a collaborative effort to bridge the divide between the warring races.
