The Maze Runner film franchise follows a group of teenagers navigating a series of deadly trials orchestrated by a mysterious organization known as WCKD. Beginning inside a massive, ever-changing maze, the narrative expands into the desolate landscape of the Scorch and culminates in the perilous Last City. Because the story is a continuous serialized narrative charting the characters' escape attempts and their fight for survival against WCKD, watching the films in order is essential to understanding the plot and character arcs.
