V/H/S watch order
By Marquee Editorial8 entries
The V/H/S franchise consists of a series of found footage horror films that began in 2012 with V/H/S, where misfits are hired by an unknown third party to burglarize a desolate house and acquire a rare VHS tape, discovering more found footage than bargained for. The entries connect through the recurring presence of videotapes, static, and horrific discoveries across various settings. For first-time viewers, watching the entries in release order is recommended to experience them in the exact sequence they were originally made available, starting from the 2012 original through subsequent sequels released over the years up to V/H/S/Halloween in 2025.
