Because of her sharp gaze and naturally severe look, Dino assigns Maika the role of the extreme sadist, requiring her to act dominant and harsh toward the customers, especially those who enjoy being treated that way. Despite the daunting requirement to channel a cruel persona, Maika accepts the position and joins a colorful cast of coworkers who each portray different archetypes, such as the tsundere and the younger sister.
