Idiots plot recap, spoiler-light
Following unexpected job losses, down-on-their-luck men Davis Hench and Mark Southard find employment through a sober transport agency. Their assignment is to escort wealthy teenager Sheridan Kimberly to a rehabilitation facility. Mark believes Sheridan needs help for drug addiction, a notion Sheridan encourages with wild tales of substance abuse.
Things derail quickly when Sheridan spikes their drinks with liquid marijuana discovered in Mark's possession. Overcome with emotion later, Sheridan admits to Mark that he fabricated stories about his past and has never kissed anyone. Feeling sympathetic, Mark pays a stripper named Irina to visit their motel room.
During the performance, Mark falls violently ill and passes out. Sheridan seizes the moment to assault Irina and steal her cash. Soon after, Davis and Mark discover Sheridan's true identity as the son of a rich businessman who achieved viral notoriety and a devoted following after committing a horrific crime against a homeless person. After confronting Sheridan and taking back Irina's money, the trio resumes their trip to the facility while new dangers loom ahead.
