Alpha plot recap, spoiler-light
Following the Kargil War, Colonel Fateh Singh Lakhawat and Lieutenant Colonel Vikrant Kaul launched a covert super-soldier initiative called Alpha. After Vikrant secretly used the experimental serum to save his ailing wife, the pregnancy ended in tragedy, leading the army to shut down the project. Driven by rogue ambitions, Fateh abducted one of Vikrant's newborn twin daughters, raising her in isolation as an elite assassin named Sita, while the other sister, Durga, grew up ordinary.
Twenty-four years later, in 2026, Sita targets the architects of her stolen childhood. Her actions draw the attention of Vikrant, now heading R&AW, who discovers the assassin is his long-lost child. After a series of fierce confrontations and narrow escapes across Srinagar and Ladakh involving intelligence forces and allies like Kabir Dhaliwal, the sisters and their father converge on a final showdown against the rogue commander.
