In a secretive New Mexico facility, Nazi scientist Dr. Hans Kammler oversees the creation of three genetically enhanced super soldiers named Crybaby, Cockroach, and the Butcher. Developed for the US government, these subjects possess extreme strength, durability, and a relentless killer instinct.
During a test evaluation, the trio fakes their own deaths from cardiac arrest, massacres the facility staff including Dr. Kammler and agent Baylor, and escapes into the desert. Nearby, a former Army sniper named Celeste manages a trailer park alongside her young daughter Daisy.
Celeste shares past memories of the Butcher, a fellow soldier who once targeted her for a fight and suffered a humiliating defeat. Unbeknownst to the residents, the rampaging trio slaughters a truck stop and drives straight toward the trailer park. A government operative named Cyrus arrives to handle the breach, while Dr.
Kammler's wife Hanna seizes control of the situation. Hanna orders Cyrus strictly to observe the super soldiers rather than engage them, revealing that the creatures were specifically engineered to control civilian populations. The terrifying threat soon descends upon the trailer park, plunging the isolated community into a desperate struggle for survival.
