My Hero Academia: Two Heroes plot recap, spoiler-light
Following the conclusion of the climactic finals, Izuku Midoriya joins All Might on a trip to I Island, a massive floating scientific metropolis. The invitation comes from Melissa Shield, the Quirkless daughter of All Might's former scientific partner, David. Upon arrival, Izuku reunites with his Class 1-A peers who are visiting the island for various reasons.
Melissa shares her Quirkless background with Izuku, bonding over their shared pasts, and gifts him a Full Gauntlet to help him use his Quirk safely. Festivities are abruptly interrupted when a terrorist named Wolfram hijacks the island's impenetrable security network during a formal banquet. Wolfram traps the attending professional heroes, including All Might, and takes David hostage. Izuku, Melissa, and a few members of Class 1-A manage to avoid capture and set out to scale the main tower to override the security lockdown and rescue the hostages.
